    Description

    These are modern Proof prints of proposed US large size notes in 1897.
    They never were officially issued, but plates were made and these were
    made from those plates by the BEP in 1990.
    - Note they are very similar to the Education Series of 1896!
    They are issued on white light card stock and in Uncirculated condition.
