    CSNS Midwinter 1990 souvenir card (BEP) featuring the unfinished face of a proposed Series 1897 Silver Certificate.  The allegorical vignette titled "History Instructing Youth" was designed by noted illustrator Will H. Low and engraved by Charles Schlecht.
