    ANA 1986 souvenir card (BEP) depicting the face of a Second Issue 5¢ Fractional Currency note.  [NOTE:  Only the frame and portrait on the right side are intaglio-printed ... the complete note illustrated on the left side is offset-printed.  The portrait of George Washington was engraved by James Duthie..
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, August 6, 1986, with a pictorial Visitors Center cancellation.
