The fireplace door is designed to fit on the outside of your opening. So, if the surface of your fireplace is relatively flat
surface  like  normal  face  brick,  marble,  or  tile  this  door  will  fit  fine.  If  the  face  of  your  fireplace  is  rough cut  stone  or
protruding brick uneven stone this door will not fit correctly

THE BOX IS LARGE AND SHIPS BASED ON A DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT OF 70 LBS. DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT IS HOW UPS DETERMINES HOW MUCH SHIPPING IS BASED ON SIZE.

Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty, if included, will be honored by the manufacturer only. Please contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement of these items. A free copy of the written warranty can be obtained upon written request. All written requests should be emailed.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be applied to all returns processed for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The fireplace door must be BRAND NEW and repackage EXACTLY the way you received it in the originally boxed with original packaging material. This is very important, over haft  the fireplace  doors customers send back are damaged do to improper packaging..  If you just throw everything into the box and not package it correctly, the fireplace door will get damaged ever time.  NO REFUND will be issued on any damaged (dents, scratches, broken glass)fireplace door do to improper packaging .   It is also very important to insure the package for full value when return a fireplace door, if the door is damage during the shipping process you are the shipper and will need to file a claim with the shipping company.
We also do not refund the door if the fireplace door has been used or altered in any way.
